Podiumize is a vehicle finance and insurance comparison platform operating in South Africa, connecting applicants with participating banks and insurers.

2. What we do

Podiumize submits your application to participating partner banks and insurers and presents their responses to you. Podiumize does not itself provide credit or insurance.

3. No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application through Podiumize does not guarantee approval or any specific offer from a partner bank or insurer.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may affect your applications and may have legal consequences under the NCA.

5. Fees

Podiumize does not charge applicants a fee to use the platform. Podiumize is compensated by partner banks and insurers.

6. Limitation of liability

Podiumize facilitates introductions between applicants and partner institutions and is not a party to any finance or insurance agreement concluded between you and a partner.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
