Is Podiumize free to use?+
Yes. Applying and comparing offers costs you nothing. Podiumize is paid by the banks and insurers we work with, not by applicants.
Will this affect my credit score?+
No. The initial pre-approval uses a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score.
What is a Podium?+
A Podium is a bank's official written quotation — the real interest rate, monthly instalment, deposit, and term, put in writing.
How is my information kept safe?+
Your information is processed in line with POPIA and is only shared with the partner banks and insurers relevant to your application.
Which banks and insurers do you work with?+
We're finalising our partner list ahead of launch. Confirmed partners will be listed on our Partners page.
How long does it take to get offers?+
Most applicants receive their first Podiums within 24–48 hours of applying.
Do I have to accept an offer once I apply?+
No. You're free to review your Podiums and decide not to proceed with any of them, with no obligation.
What happens after I choose an offer?+
You finalise the paperwork directly with the bank you've chosen. Podiumize's role ends once you've made your decision.
